CHTOP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHTOP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,320 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHTOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB, CENPW, and ENPP2. Each is linked with CHTOP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHTOP-to-partner and partner-to-CHTOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHTOP versus TUBB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHTOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHTOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
