CHTOP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHTOP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHTOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, HSD17B7P1, and LINC02210-CRHR1. Each is linked with CHTOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHTOP-to-partner and partner-to-CHTOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by CHTOP-low versus CHTOP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHTOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHTOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
