CHSY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHSY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,453 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHSY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD276, P3H3, and COL5A1. Each is linked with CHSY1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHSY1-to-partner and partner-to-CHSY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHSY1 versus CD276 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHSY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHSY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
