CHSY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHSY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHSY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC51, APEH, and SNAPC4. Each is linked with CHSY1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHSY1-to-partner and partner-to-CHSY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC51 grouped by CHSY1-low versus CHSY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHSY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHSY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
