Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHSY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,725 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHSY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid segregation, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Myelination in peripheral nervous system. Each is linked with CHSY1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHSY1-to-partner and partner-to-CHSY1 results are reported.
