CHSY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHSY1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,965 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHSY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD2, PCDHA13, and C20orf194. Each is linked with CHSY1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHSY1-to-partner and partner-to-CHSY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLD2 grouped by CHSY1-low versus CHSY1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHSY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHSY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
