CHST9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLLPP1, SNORA36A, and RMND1. Each is linked with CHST9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST9-to-partner and partner-to-CHST9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLLPP1 grouped by CHST9-low versus CHST9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
