CHST9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR6, KCNK16, and GALR3. Each is linked with CHST9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST9-to-partner and partner-to-CHST9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR6 grouped by CHST9-low versus CHST9-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
