Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHST7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHST7 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CHST7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHST7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where CHST7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
