CHST7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,922 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, ILK, and DDX27. Each is linked with CHST7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST7-to-partner and partner-to-CHST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST7 versus LRPPRC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
