CHST7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM3, HPS5, and LINC02042. Each is linked with CHST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST7-to-partner and partner-to-CHST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST7 versus NPM3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
