CHST7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CHST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST7-to-partner and partner-to-CHST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CHST7-low versus CHST7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
