CHST6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARGFX, OR2M5, and PRM3. Each is linked with CHST6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST6-to-partner and partner-to-CHST6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARGFX grouped by CHST6-low versus CHST6-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
