Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, PACSIN2, and KCNK10. Each is linked with CHST5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST5-to-partner and partner-to-CHST5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST5 versus JOSD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
