Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with CHST5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST5-to-partner and partner-to-CHST5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by CHST5-low versus CHST5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
