CHST5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 585 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE10, OR10H5, and GGA1. Each is linked with CHST5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST5-to-partner and partner-to-CHST5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE10 grouped by CHST5-low versus CHST5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
