CHST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p70-S6K, and PCNA. Each is linked with CHST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST4-to-partner and partner-to-CHST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CHST4-low versus CHST4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
