CHST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUSC3, TET2, and CDC42BPG. Each is linked with CHST4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST4-to-partner and partner-to-CHST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUSC3 grouped by CHST4-low versus CHST4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
