CHST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP146, RNU6-1026P, and DHX16. Each is linked with CHST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST2-to-partner and partner-to-CHST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP146 grouped by CHST2-low versus CHST2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
