CHST15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1P1, RN7SL638P, and THAP12P4. Each is linked with CHST15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST15-to-partner and partner-to-CHST15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1P1 grouped by CHST15-low versus CHST15-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
