CHST15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST15-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CHST15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST15-to-partner and partner-to-CHST15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by CHST15-low versus CHST15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
