CHST14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RNU4-88P, and RNA5SP416. Each is linked with CHST14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST14-to-partner and partner-to-CHST14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by CHST14-low versus CHST14-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
