Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,913 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHST14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, Response to UV, and Dermatan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process. Each is linked with CHST14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST14-to-partner and partner-to-CHST14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process grouped by CHST14-low versus CHST14-high in BONE.
