CHST13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARRB2, CES1, and CORO2B. Each is linked with CHST13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST13-to-partner and partner-to-CHST13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST13 versus ARRB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
