CHST13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-693P, RNU6-554P, and SNRPGP16. Each is linked with CHST13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST13-to-partner and partner-to-CHST13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-693P grouped by CHST13-low versus CHST13-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
