Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHST12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHST12 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CHST12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHST12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where CHST12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
