CHST11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSL24D1P4, BCCIP, and ZWINT. Each is linked with CHST11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST11-to-partner and partner-to-CHST11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RSL24D1P4 grouped by CHST11-low versus CHST11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
