CHST11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, ASNS, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CHST11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST11-to-partner and partner-to-CHST11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by CHST11-low versus CHST11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
