CHST11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCLM, DPH5, and PSMA5. Each is linked with CHST11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST11-to-partner and partner-to-CHST11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST11 versus GCLM in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
