CHST10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with CHST10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST10-to-partner and partner-to-CHST10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by CHST10-low versus CHST10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
