CHST10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX7, OR5H2, and SYCN. Each is linked with CHST10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST10-to-partner and partner-to-CHST10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX7 grouped by CHST10-low versus CHST10-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
