CHST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, SHLD3, and ERI1. Each is linked with CHST1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST1-to-partner and partner-to-CHST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by CHST1-low versus CHST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
