CHST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, TBL1Y, and SLC22A24. Each is linked with CHST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST1-to-partner and partner-to-CHST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by CHST1-low versus CHST1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
