CHROMR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHROMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,485 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHROMR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, TBRG4, and HDAC2. Each is linked with CHROMR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHROMR-to-partner and partner-to-CHROMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHROMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHROMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
