CHRND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRND-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD4, ELP5, and ESCO2. Each is linked with CHRND in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRND-to-partner and partner-to-CHRND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLD4 grouped by CHRND-low versus CHRND-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRND→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
