CHRND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRND-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1, ASB17, and PAPOLB. Each is linked with CHRND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRND-to-partner and partner-to-CHRND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN1 grouped by CHRND-low versus CHRND-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRND→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
