CHRNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 679 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR527, PCSK1N, and MIR4497. Each is linked with CHRNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR527 grouped by CHRNB1-low versus CHRNB1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
