CHRNA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1P1, CENPS-CORT, and C16orf95. Each is linked with CHRNA9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA9-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P1 grouped by CHRNA9-low versus CHRNA9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
