CHRNA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf62, RNU6-1144P, and MIR183. Each is linked with CHRNA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA7-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf62 grouped by CHRNA7-low versus CHRNA7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
