CHRNA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTBP1, LYAR, and ANKRD33B-AS1. Each is linked with CHRNA6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA6-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTBP1 grouped by CHRNA6-low versus CHRNA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
