CHRNA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIWIL1, CBLIF, and OR7G3. Each is linked with CHRNA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA6-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIWIL1 grouped by CHRNA6-low versus CHRNA6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
