CHRNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, NF2, and Bax. Each is linked with CHRNA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CHRNA4-low versus CHRNA4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
