CHRNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1J, GAGE12D, and GAGE12C. Each is linked with CHRNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1J grouped by CHRNA4-low versus CHRNA4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
