CHRNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P1, WASH9P, and ALKBH1. Each is linked with CHRNA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA3-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P1 grouped by CHRNA3-low versus CHRNA3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
