CHRNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB1, PSMD8, and DNAAF1. Each is linked with CHRNA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA3-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB1 grouped by CHRNA3-low versus CHRNA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
