CHRNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7_S335, EIF3J_S127, and LLGL1_S1044. Each is linked with CHRNA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA2 versus MAP7_S335 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
