CHRNA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPOCD1, ARSI, and TMSB10. Each is linked with CHRNA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA2 versus SPOCD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
