CHRNA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, IGFBP2, and MSH2. Each is linked with CHRNA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA10-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by CHRNA10-low versus CHRNA10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
