CHRM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with CHRM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM3-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CHRM3-low versus CHRM3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
