CHRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CHRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CHRM1-low versus CHRM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
